Holt County announced road work is scheduled to begin Wednesday May 27th on 877 Rd east of Atkinson starting at the intersection of Hwy 11 and 877 Rd.
Werner Construction of Hastings, NE is the contractor and Ramsy Robertson with Mainelli Wagner& Associates is the Project Manager. Work includes nine miles of asphalt paving, shouldering, seeding, and pavement marking operations. Traffic lanes will temporarily be reduced to single lane traffic for daily construction. Traffic will be maintained with a pilot car and flaggers. Anticipated completion is August of 2026.
