Make it Click Campaign Reminds Drivers:
Buckle Up November 26 – November 30, and Every Day
The U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is urging drivers to buckle up ahead of a national Make it Click campaign. The national high-visibility seat belt enforcement effort, which coincides with the Thanksgiving holiday, runs November 26 to November 30, 2025.
During the Make it Click campaign, the O’Neill Police Department will be working with our fellow law enforcement officers across local and state lines to ensure the message gets out to drivers and passengers. Buckling up is the simplest thing a driver can do to limit injury or save a life during a crash. We see the results of not wearing a seat belt all the time. So often, it could have been prevented.
