Navy Promotion – Jacob Miles, son of Terry and Beth Miles of O’Neill, was promoted on Tuesday, September 16, to the rank of Chief Petty Officer. Chief Miles is stationed at the Naval Construction Battalion Center in Gulfport, Mississippi. Miles is a 2008 O’Neill High School Graduate.
