The miracle of creation inside the womb, a miracle otherwise hidden from human eyes, will be shared with all who attend presentations by Heart of a Child Ministries Oct 1st in O’Neill.

Heart of a Child is a nationally recognized education ministry that brings live ultrasounds into schools and communities with professional sonographers, master’s level social workers and pregnant volunteers.  Participants see the miracle of life in the womb, listen to the heartbeat, and hear the joy-filled truth about God’s love for the preborn person and for all of His children through Scripture.

Families, Religious Ed groups, and all Christians curious about seeing life in the womb shared on the big screen, are welcome to attend the program at 7-8:30 pm Wed., Oct 1st at the O’Neill Community Center.  Trailers of the presentations can be seen at heartofachildministries.org/presentations/.

After the ultrasound, kindergarten through 3rd grade will have a separate program focusing on Scripture, songs, fun fetal facts, and interactive hands-on activities.

Back in the gym, Nicki Schaffer and Kris Harvey will share their beautiful adoption stories.  Then grades 4-6th will leave for their own program, also consisting of Scripture, fun fetal facts, and their own hands-on activities.

MS-HS students and the audience will then hear the story of Megan Meyers, who will share her testimony about living in the shame of having had an abortion, then finding restoration and redemption through  the unconditional love of Jesus Christ.

Boyd Holt Right to Life and area underwriters are hosting the program.  There is no charge to attend. They stress that all ages and all Christians are encouraged to attend the Wednesday program, which is a window to, and celebration of, the miracle of life in the womb.  Information packets have been sent to all area churches to make sure congregations know they are invited.

At the end of the evening, there will be a collection for Beginnings, the pregnancy help organization located in O’Neill.

There will also be an opportunity to ‘Spiritually Adopt’ a baby and mom who are in danger of abortion.  Participants will name their child, and commit to praying for the next 9 months.

On Wednesday, St. Mary’s School will offer 3 age-appropriate presentations.  For the schedule and details, call 402-340-5087.
