Niobrara Valley Electric Membership Corporation will be testing poles in an area East of Stuart up to Highway 11. The work will begin on Tuesday, September 2nd, and will proceed for approximately the next three weeks. Unlike the familiar yellow and white trucks of Niobrara Valley Elec., Global Utility Services may use a variety of vehicle colors during this project.
