Tree that was snapped off just south of the O’Neill Cemetery on North Jefferson Street in O’Neill

Early on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, high winds and rain went through the KBRX area, causing some damage.

The O’Neill Airport recorded high winds from 2 am to 3:45 am, with speeds of 38 mph to a gust of 59 mph recorded at 2:35 am.  Tree damage and trash cans, and lawn furniture blown across yards were reported.  Here are rainfall reports called in to KBRX on Wednesday, July 2:
