
SPALDING – The 11th Annual Veterans Appreciation Celebration will be at the Clear Creek Organic Farm near Spalding, NE, and it is a completely free event from July 11th-13th with free camping available! Located along the Cedar River, 8 miles west of Spalding, 2 miles northwest of Spalding on 499th Ave, follow the flags west to event.
This year’s event will be dedicated to a special friend and true patriot, Jim Lambley. Jim and his wife Deneen owned and operated KSDZ radio in Gordon, Nebraska and KDJL In Valentine, Nebraska. Jim’s voice will always be remembered. There will be a special event Saturday afternoon to honor Jim.
Tony Burton from Turning point USA will speak on how the bible and constitution are related. We are very excited that Turning point USA will be here for this event.
Bill Forbes, a minister from Paxton will present us with an old-fashioned river revival with an uplifting and inspirational talk.
Cowboy poet, RP Smith, one of the more famous entertainers in the western style poetry will be present for our enjoyment.
For the main event, Wayne Hage Junior and his family will be present all three days. Wayne is from central Nevada & will talk about his family‘s lifelong battle with the BLM over water and grazing rights. Wayne’s father wrote a book on this battle, it is used today as a reference by the United States Supreme Court. Wayne Junior was featured on a Fox News special program called Enemy of the State.
Saturday evening will conclude with a beautiful firework display! This will be an event for the entire family to enjoy with plenty to see & do.
