The Nebraska DHHS Division of Developmental Disabilities presented awards in O’Neill on Thursday.
Jennifer Clark, Deputy Director of the Nebraska Division of Developmental Disabilities presented NorthStar Services in O’Neill with the Outstanding Provider Award, and Sheryl Winker of O’Neill Lanes was presented the Community Leader Award.
NorthStar Services staff was recognized for the service provided to their clients in this area.
Sheryl Winkler at O’Neill Lanes was recognized for promoting the sport of bowling to Special Olympics and also the clients of NorthStar. Sheryl also provided meeting space for some of their activities.
