Niobrara Valley Electric Membership Corporation will be testing poles in an area North of Atkinson and Stuart to the Niobrara River. The work will begin Monday, September 25th, and will proceed for approximately the next three weeks. Unlike the familiar yellow and white trucks of Niobrara Valley Elec., Global Utility Services may use a variety of vehicle colors during this project.
