The Nebraska Department of Transportation advises that shortly after 8:00 am on Thursday, October 6th, the traffic signals at the intersection of 4th and Douglas Street will be temporarily shut down and a four way stop using stop signs will be implemented with anticipated completion around noon. Please be alert when driving in this area.
