Attention motorists: Beginning on Monday, September 20, temporary traffic signals will be installed and traffic will be reduced to a single lane at the south edge of O’Neill, northbound to the railroad tracks. Side streets at Fitch Blvd (Carney Park) and Hancock Street will be closed to traffic. This is expected to be in place for approximately 30 days.
