The Nebraska Department of Transportation advises that on South 4th Street in O’Neill, beginning early in the morning on Wednesday, August 18th, the contractor will be performing concrete paving from the railroad tracks and proceeding south. Traffic will be reduced to one lane and will be maintained by flaggers.
