We have been notified by Boyd County 911 that Northeast Nebraska Telephone Customers are unable to dial 911 at this time due to a circuit being down. This will affect customers in Stuart, Spencer, and Butte. They are working on the issue but in the meantime, residents can call dispatch directly by dialing 402-336-2850.
