These are the plans for distributing meals during our school closure. We will be distributing meals on Mondays and Wednesdays. On Monday you can pick up two breakfasts and two lunches per child, on Wednesday you can pick up three breakfasts and three lunches per child. On Wednesday we will have weekend “backpack” meals for those who typically receive them. Meals can be picked up at the Elementary School’s main entrance between 7:30 am and 10:30 am. Meals will be bagged and sitting on a table in the entryway. Please practice social distancing when you pick up your meals. If there is a line, please wait at your car until the line has gone down. Each child in your household between the ages of 1 and 18, as well as any student enrolled in O”Neill Public School’s 21 program may have a meal. Storage and heating instructions will be included with each meal. Please follow safe food practices. We do have a meal survey on our webpage to help us estimate the number of meals to have ready, but everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate during our school closure. All of these meals will be free regardless of your usual lunch status.
