Report from the 7 pm hour Sunday, January 21 with Michael Shively.
- 7:45 pm 17 miles north of O’Neill on Highway 281 roads are all snow covered. Visibility less than 100 feet or less.
- 7:10 pm 5 miles west of O’Neill roads are all snow covered and low visibility.
- 7:00 pm Report from Bartlett that snow sticking to roads on Highway 281. Also poor visibility.
- 6:45 pm West of Atkinson the roads are snow covered, no visible road lines. Also visibility is 150 feet. As they got closer to Atkinson snowfall was lighter.
