The Holt County Sheriff’s Office has released the following Accident News Release:
Date: 02-03-2020
Time: 1320
Persons Involved: Vehicle 1: 2000 Toyota Tundra Pickup, Owner and Driver: Shawn M. Graves, age 32, Stuart, Nebraska: No Passengers.
Location of Accident: 7.6 miles west of Ewing, Nebraska on Highway #275
Details: Vehicle #1, 2000 Toyota Tundra pickup, was west bound on Highway #275. Vehicle #1 crossed the center line and into the oncoming lane. Driver of Vehicle #1 stated he had fallen asleep and woke up to see an eastbound semi and trailer. Vehicle #1 swerved to miss the oncoming semi and entered the north ditch. Vehicle #1 rolled onto the driver’s side and came to rest. Vehicle restraints were in use. Ewing Fire and Rescue transported the driver (Vehicle #1) to Avera St. Anthony’s Hospital for treatment of injuries.
