The O’Neill Elementary Soundsational Singers traveled to Lincoln on Tuesday, April 10. They performed in the State Capitol and then had a chance to tour Memorial Stadium.
Their tour guide told them as they walked past Head Football Coach Scott Frost’s office that they probably wouldn’t get a chance to meet the coach. The guide commented that on his tours before that meeting the head coach never happened. That was until today. While the Singers were down on the 50 yard line at Memorial Stadium taking pictures, Coach Scott Frost appeared and welcomed them. Frost also told them that he attended O’Neill Elementary while in Kindergarten and First Grade!
Coach Frost definitely gained some new fans today and I’m sure they will remember this for a long time.
