The North Central Nebraska RC & D is bringing Paper Shredding to the area on Thursday, September 23. The truck will be in Bassett at the Old City Hall from 1:45 pm to 2:15 pm, in Stuart at the Stuart Recycling Center from 2:45 pm to 3:15 pm, in Atkinson at the Community Center from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm and in O’Neill at the Parking Lot at 3rd & Douglas from 4:30 pm to 5:15 pm. A free-will donation will be appreciated.
