The City of O’Neill landfill and recycling center will only be open for a half day on Saturday, December 24th. Then the landfill and recycling center will be closed on Monday, December 26th. Also, there will be no trash pickup on Monday, December 26th. Instead it will be on Tuesday, December 27th.
