Come to the Neligh Public Library on Saturday, March 7th from 2:00 to 4:00 pm to meet Elizabeth Kois, artist of the exhibit “Impressions of a Midwest Flood.” Enjoy refreshments and music at the meet and greet. The exhibit will run from March 7th through March 31st at the Neligh Public Library.
