O’Neill – Gracie Williamson of St. Mary’s and Turner Heiss of O’Neill have been named KBRX’s Stadium Sports Top Dog Athletes of the Week!
St. Mary’s Senior Middle Blocker/Outside Hitter – Gracie Williamson performed at a high level during the Creighton Triangular! She led the way with 20 kills, hitting .450! She also added 2 aces, 3 blocks, & 13 digs. Gracie has been one of the team leaders for St. Mary’s this year and continues to lead by example with her performances during the Creighton Triangular!
O’Neill Senior Quarterback/Cornerback – Turner Heiss helped pave the way to an amazing road victory for the O’Neill Eagles vs Pierce! He went 6 for 8 through the air for 153 yards and two passing touchdowns, carried the ball 9 times for 70 yards, & led the team with 19 tackles on defense! His amazing performance helped elevate O’Neill over Pierce and keep their undefeated season alive!
