Nebraska Public Power District will be conducting the second planned outage in Bassett, related to an outage on September 10 to allow for work at a substation in the area. The second outage will take place on on Wednesday, Sept. 24 from 7-7:05 a.m. to return the system to normal operation. NPPD will be notifying all of the impacted customers prior to the outage.
