The U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the O’Neill Police Department teamed up to remind drivers: Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over. This high-visibility impaired driving awareness campaign ran August 16, 2025, through September 1, 2025. During this period 46 Citations and Warnings were issued during traffic stops along with 1 DUI-Alcohol arrest and 1 DUI-drug arrest.
