O’NEILL – The KBRX Junior Golf Tournament was held Thursday, July 24th at the O’Neill Golf Club. Thirty-three golfers ranging in ages 10 to 18 played on a mostly overcast day that reached a high temperature of 78 degrees.
The 10-12 boys group saw two golfers finish their 9 holes each scoring a 39. Jase Wolf and Charles Miller then golfed a two hole playoff to settle the winner. Wolf finished as the individual champion of the 10-12 age division.
There was also a tie for the 16-18 year old boys between Mason Buller and James Eby as they each shot a 73. Buller earned the win on a one hole playoff as he parred hole 1.
