The Western Nebraska Cutters will be competing in the O’Neill Cutting Saturday, June 28 and Sunday June 29 at the Carney Park Rodeo Arena in south O’Neill. Saturday, they will have practice at 8 am with Cutting to start at 10 am. Sunday, practice will be at 8 am with Cutting to start at 9 am. The Public is invited to come and watch this competition
