Hooligan’s Pub in downtown O’Neill presents The Chili Bowl, a chili cookoff between the Holt County Animal Shelter and the Holt County Feline Foundation. It will be Saturday, February 8 from 11:30 am to 3 pm. There is a $5 entry fee for taste testers, People’s Choice and Judge’s Choice winners. There will also be a raffle and silent auction going on.
