O’Neill – Adyson Peterson of St. Mary’s and Owen Littau of Stuart have been named KBRX’s Stadium Sports Top Dog Athletes of the Week!
St. Mary’s Junior Setter – Adyson Peterson and the Lady Cardinals traveled to Oshkosh, Nebraska for the D2-6 District Final, and Adyson played an incredible game! She finished the match with 44 assists, 15 digs, 3 blocks, 2 kills, and an ace serve! While St. Mary’s lost to Garden County, Adyson Peterson still performed at a high level and helped lead her team to an awesome year and a District Final!
Stuart Senior Running Back – Owen Littau helped the Broncos start the D6 Football Playoffs with a huge win over Meridian! Owen was a huge part of it – rushing the ball 12 times for 99 yards and two rushing touchdowns. He added 5 tackles along with a 26-yard fumble recovery for a touchdown on defense! Littau’s performance helped the Broncos to a 47-7 victory, sending Stuart to the D6 Quarterfinals!
