Scott, once again I want to personally thank you for your amazing coverage and interest in my fly-in last week/weekend. I had visitors from 13 different States and we had 15 specific unique aircraft fly in. One guy flew almost 1400 miles over 2 days to get here and then turned around on Sunday and flew it back to his house Monday. We ate at 3 different locations in O’Neill and all the meals were amazing. They stayed at all three hotels in town and all were great. The Golden Hotel was our main hotel, and they did a spectacular job. We had an excellent turn out for our EAA Chapter #804 Breakfast. Our donation bucket overflowed with donations……we thank everyone that came out. All the attendees raved about O’Neill, the neat business’, and the people. We showed them all our Nebraska hospitality, and they were happy enough to honor us with being able to host the event next year. My family is ecstatic about it! Just wanted to thank the O’Neill community and it’s business’ and a special thank you to the O’Neill Airport board and manager for allowing us to use the facilities out there.
