O’Neill – Rylee Selby of O’Neill and Jorgan Condon of Creighton have been named KBRX’s Stadium Sports Top Dog Athletes of the Week!
Senior Pitcher – Rylee Selby had an incredible performance at the NEN Viper Softball Tournament, helping her team go undefeated and bring home the tournament championship! She pitched a total of 19 innings, only allowing 2 earned runs, giving her a .737 ERA! Rylee also struck out 30 batters and allowed only 8 walks! O’Neill defeated Logan View/Scribner Snyder 15-1, Boone Central 9-0, & Blue River 11-1 with Selby on the mound. Congratulations to Rylee Selby on such an incredible performance!
Senior – Jorgan Condon helped the Creighton Bulldog Football Team win their season opener, not just on offense but with a huge defensive game as well! On offense he carred the ball 10 times for 174 yards and 3 rushing touchdowns. Then on defense he finished with 16 tackles, 7.5 TFLs and 1 pass deflection. Jorgan helped lead the team to a 54-22 victory over Niobrara/Verdigre, and open the season 1-0!
