O’Neill – Although the temperatures were high, the O’Neill Girls Golf Invite hosted 11 teams, a total of 58 players throughout the day! It was a great start to the season and an area team will bring home some hardware, as the West Holt Lady Huskies are your O’Neill Invite Champs with a team score of 377! The other area team, O’Neill, finishes in 7th place with a team score of 467.
West Holt not only played very well but very consistently too as all 5 starters finish in the top 15. Daleni Knust was your O’Neill Invite Individual Champion, shooting a 79! Brinley Kerkman was able secure 2nd place after a playoff with a score of 95. Hannah Hooey finishes in 8 place with a score of 100. Ansley Cadwallader scores 13th place with a 103. And Maizy Poessnecker shot a 104 to secure 15th place.
The O’Neill Lady Eagles had one medalist and were led by PollyAnna Belmer, she finished in 14th place with a 103. Aubrey Wohlert snuck into the top 25, finishing in 24th with a 113. Emily Larsen shot a 124 (39th place), Charlotte Welsh had a 127 (41st place), and Adelia Sigler finishes with a 131 (45th place).
