It is the first Monday of the month, and the High Plains Friends of the NRA are giving away another gun. This month there is also a Labor Day giveaway to go with the Gun of the Month winner. The September gun is a Smith & Wesson M&P .22, and was won by Mark Liewer (#320) from Inman. The Labor Day gun is a Springfield XD .40, won by Maddox Dexter (#206) of Amelia.
