The National High School Finals Rodeo finished the first go-round of rodeo action on Wednesday July 16th in Rock Springs, Wyoming.
The first go-round was highlighted by multiple standout performances from Nebraska rodeo athletes. In breakaway roping, Reagan McIntyre of Grand Island is currently sitting in 1st place nationally. Maci Herrington of Bassett is in 4th place in Pole Bending and Callie Olson of Bloomfield sits 6th place in Reined Cow Horse. In Barrel Racing, Tyley Sears of Valentine is in a great position at 7th.
