Holy Smokes Men’s BBQ Shop Class sponsored by the O’Neill Assembly of God. This class is will have Pitmaster Zach Bauer and the Holy Smokes team sharing award winning recipes, techniques and step by step instructions. You also get to sample award winning meat.
All of this taking place on Saturday, August 6th at 6PM. Located at the O’Neill Assembly of God at 204 North 7th Street in O’Neill. The registration fee is $40 and with that you receive sample BBQ meat, book, bag of run and step by step presentation of bbq tips and tricks.
