Niobrara Valley Electric Membership Corporation will be testing poles in an area North of O’Neill, between Three Eagles and the Niobrara River, west of Hwy 281 to Highway 11. The work will began Friday, September 10th, and will proceed for approximately the next three weeks. Unlike the familiar yellow trucks of Niobrara Valley Elec., Global Utility Services may use a variety of vehicle colors during this project.
