Niobrara Valley Electric Membership Corporation and Nebraska Public power District will be coordinating a scheduled outage on October 23, 2019 which will affect the members served by the Spencer substation. NVEMC Members served out of the Spencer substation, North of the Niobrara River can expect an outage of approximately three hours starting the afternoon of October 23rd at 4:30 pm and concluding at approximately 7:30 pm. The outage is necessary to safely perform needed maintenance on equipment in the NPPD substation and NVEMC switch gear. Again, the outage will affect only those members North of the Niobrara river, served out of the Spencer Substation.
