There will be three free yoga sessions in Verdigre on Friday, November 15th. Chair yoga at the Alpine Village Living Room will be at 9:30 am, Yoga at the Library will be at 1:00 pm, and Kid’s Yoga at the school lunchroom will be at 3:00 pm.
