Cody and Rebekah Gartner of Orchard, Nebraska, are overjoyed to announce the birth of their daughter, Penelope Scout Gartner. She was born Tuesday, July 30, 2015, in Norfolk. She weighed 6lbs 14oz. Little Penny was welcomed with love by her proud grandparents: Matt and Gwen Maxwell of Orchard, Mary Matthews and Randy Schluns of O’Neill, Robert Gartner of Chambers, and Roxanne Rustemeyer of Chambers.
