High School Rodeo Results from Broken Bow

High School Rodeo continues to be in full gear. Athletes all gathered at Broken Bow this weekend to compete in a long list of events. Like always, there was a large group of athletes from the local area that represented well. Listed below are the top ten finishers from the local area and the event that that athlete competed in.

Barrel Racing

Adeline Hobbs of Mitchell finished in First-Place with a time of 15.441 seconds and a total of 10 points.

Bailey Witt of Valentine finished close behind in Second-Place with a time of 15.476 seconds and a total of 9 points.

Boys Cutting

Sage Konicek of Ord finished in Second-Place with a score of 71 and a total of 9 points.

Breakaway Roping

Bailey Witt of Valentine finished in Third-Place with a time of 2.280 seconds and finished with a total of 8 points.

Girls Cutting

Alexis Rutar of Springview finished in Third-Place with a score of 65 and finished with a total of 8 points.

Goat Tying

Jessica Stevens of Creighton finished in Second-Place with a time of 9.690 seconds and finished with a total of 9 points.

Gracie Pokorny of Bartlett finished in Fifth-Place with a time of 10.750 seconds and finished with a total of 5 points.

Talli Pokorny of Bartlett wasn’t far behind finishing in Sixth-Place with a time of 10.780 seconds and finished with a total of 5 points.

Bailey Witt of Valentine finished in Tenth-Place with a time of 12.040 seconds and finished with a total of 1 point.

Gracie Pokorny of Bartlett finished in Second-Place with a time of 21.400 seconds and finished with a total of 9 points.

Ashley Odenbach of Taylor finished in Third-Place with a time of 21.430 seconds and finished with a total of 8 points.

Anna Esch of Spalding finished in Fifth-Place with a time of 21.780 seconds and finished with a total of 6 points.

This weekend the High School Rodeo Circuit will travel to Callaway NE on Saturday September 16 and North Platte NE on Sunday September 17!
